Our Caregivers

The person who shows up. And keeps showing up.

Caregiver continuity is the heart of Beau Care. We hire deliberately, support thoroughly, and pair carefully — so the person at your loved one's door is someone you've come to trust.

How we hire

Four steps. No shortcuts.

  1. 1. Application + background check

Every caregiver passes a state-level criminal background check, a motor-vehicle records check, and a multi-state sex-offender registry check before we move to interviews.

  2. 2. Two in-person interviews

One conversation about the work, one conversation about the person. We're hiring someone who will be in your loved one's home — temperament matters as much as skills.

  3. 3. Reference verification

We call prior employers and clients directly — not just to confirm dates, but to ask the questions that reveal how someone actually shows up.

  4. 4. Orientation + ongoing training

Beau Care caregivers complete our orientation before they begin a client engagement and participate in ongoing training throughout the year. The standard of care is taught, not assumed.

What we require

The baseline.

Meet our caregivers

The team is being built.

Beau Care is launching in 2026 with a deliberately small first cohort. Real caregiver profiles — first names, photos, and bios — will be added to this page with each caregiver's consent as they join the team. In the meantime, schedule a free call and we'll introduce you to your potential caregiver before any care begins.

Frequently asked

Questions families ask us.

What if I don't bond with my caregiver?
Tell us. We'll discuss it, and if it isn't a fit we'll match you with someone else — no awkwardness, no negotiation. Care is a relationship, and we'd rather adjust early than push through.
Are caregivers W-2 employees or 1099 contractors?
Every Beau Care caregiver is a W-2 employee. We carry payroll, workers' compensation, and professional liability coverage so you don't carry that risk in your home.
What happens if my caregiver is sick?
We'll let you know as early as we can and send a backup caregiver. We deliberately keep coverage relationships in place for every active client so an absence never leaves you without care.
Can I request a caregiver from my own cultural background?
Yes — and we'll do our best to honor the request. Cultural and language match is often part of what makes care feel like care. We can't always promise a perfect fit at launch, but we'll be honest with you about availability.
How long do caregivers typically stay with Beau Care?
Caregiver tenure is a fair question for any agency. Beau Care launched in 2026, so we don't yet have multi-year tenure data. What we can tell you is the design: W-2 employment, ongoing training, and intentionally limited client load — all chosen to support caregiver retention. We'll publish honest tenure data on this page as we have it.
Will I meet my caregiver before care begins?
Yes. After a free initial conversation and an in-home assessment, we'll introduce you to your matched caregiver before the first scheduled visit. Day-one introductions are not how we work.
